Haelan consolidates two of our investments – outpatient and hospital care – into a single integrated platform.

Built on the conviction that Bulgaria’s fragmented private healthcare market is ready for consolidation, Haelan connects prevention, diagnostics, specialist treatment and inpatient services within one operating structure.

The group has consolidated independent providers into six branded Haelan Medical Centers (four in Sofia, one in Burgas and a purpose-built facility in Varna), delivering multidisciplinary outpatient care and advanced diagnostics. Together with Polyclinic Bulgaria – a long-established multi-specialty outpatient clinic – and 1DKK, a dedicated children’s diagnostic and consultative center, it operates the largest outpatient network in the country.

This outpatient backbone is anchored by hospital capacity through MBAL Skin Systems (Elin Pelin) and MBAL City Clinic – St. George (Montana), enabling full clinical treatment pathways.

Invenio continues to scale Haelan through targeted acquisitions and greenfield expansion, building a leading private healthcare platform with national reach.
